Jason Compton has penned hundreds of articles on customer relationship management for CRM Magazine and DestinationCRM.com, as well as for publications including Computing, the Chicago Tribune, and Publish. He has also been a featured speaker and presenter at events operated by DePaul University, DCI, ICCM, and numerous smaller technology conferences. His entire technology reporting career spans from 8-bit video games to supercomputers for over 30 periodicals, appearances on WGN Radio and CNet Radio, as well as a book published by Prima Tech. He is a graduate of Northwestern University's Mathematical Methods in Social Sciences (MMSS) program with a joint BA in Economics.
